Hi,
My Thai vendor named "Dhitaya Wadhananawin (Vendor ID: P001CVA)". She cannot deactivate her Trados. Please find the attached files to view how the issue is. Please suggest how she should do?
And she cannot raise this issue via gateway.sdl.com by herself. She got the issue as the following image; Could you please advise how she can raise the issue herself?
