Installing issues Trados Studio Plus License 2 computer

Question

1. I have Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license. 2. I installed Trados Studio on my first computer (Desktop 1). 3. I also installed Trados Studio on a portable computer (laptop 2). 3. I uninstalled Trados Studio from laptop 2. 4. Then, I Installed Trados Studio on another laptop (Laptop 3). 5. On laptop 3, I could only install Trados Studio 2021 Trial How can I install Trados Studio on laptop 3 Freelance plus (without the Trial)?

Hi Juan-Jose Moreiras 
 In order to be able to activate trados studio on Laptop 3 there is needed for the license to be de - activated from laptop 2 . I have noticed you advised that you have uninstalled trados from laptop 2 but did you gt a chance to deactivate the license also before uninstalling? 
 If not you would need to a reset of one of the activations following the steps from the below link
