Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network)

Hi, 

The organisation where I work purchased the Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network) for my use. I have installed it in one computer at the office, but I am having trouble using it in another computer at the office. In both cases connected to the office server, while being in the same building. Please see the image below for the message I get when trying to use the software on another computer at the office.

And I have a second issue, which is that I telework quite often, that is, I use a laptop at home, NOT connected to the office server. I have not been able to install the software to make use of it from my laptop at home. Basically, it seems that this license may not have been the right one for my needs…

Trados Studio error message popup saying 'Failed to connect to server. Please check your server connection settings, network and internet connections, and that the server is available.'
