Several error messages while trying to activate license

I have been trying to activate my Trados Studio 2022 license since 28/11/2022, but I get two types of error messages:

1) No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.

2) An error occurred while requesting a license.

Resetting the license generates an error message as well. So it looks like I'm struck.

According to my RWS account, I have one license in use, but my software doesn't seem to agree with this. I am currently using the trial version of Trados Studio 2022, which still asks me for an activation code.

I've read all the instructions I can find and have not found a solution, so I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give!
