Unable to log in to Language Weaver

I purchased Trados Studio Freelance a few hours ago and tried to use the machine translation feature. However, I am unable to use the Language Weaver service from the cloud-based resources, as it does not appear in the dropdown menu when I select machine translation.

Additionally, I am unable to log in to the Language Weaver portal. It displays the message: “Could not load registration details. Please try again in a few moments,” as below.
