I have a new computer. I have reset the TRADOS licence and wanted to activate the licence on my new computer. Each time I try to access the licence page I get an error informing me that an e-mail has been sent to the support and nothing happens.

There`s a general issue with the licenses display in the accounts. This is currently investigated by our Development team and it will be fixed as soon as possible.

thank you for your answer. I tried the activation some minutes ago and still failed with error code 210150. Can you please help me any further?
