Cannot reset or deactivate license for install on new machine.

Hi there,

 I have tried EVERYTHING to deactivate/activate or reset my license (SDL Trados Studio 2017 freelance 14.1.10012.29730) on my account page, but to no avail, so please reset my license urgently and let me know once it's done.
