Me and my business partner own one lifetime license 2021, but my Trados has a glitch (hers works fine) that I could not tackle, and when I Sign in I cannot add a question to the product discussions.

A consultant with RWS instructed me to add that the issue is using native NMT (Neural Machine Translation). I have no plugins installed, we have tried Trados Fresh Start and we have also tried reinstalling it from scratch. However, we keep receiving the following error message that prevents me from Adding Cloud Resources for translating:
It reads as "The property defined as 'System.Windows.ResourceDictionary.Source' has initiated an Exception"

Perhaps you didn't join the group yet? Do you have a red bar at the bottom of your screen like this?

It's a single user licence, so if you are using the same one between you (which isn't technically allowed!), you'd need to use the same login details as only the one with the account registered to Studio has access to the machine translation.
