Hello! I have tried to install MultiTerm 2022 SR2 (I have tried uninstalling and intalling it again multiple times already), however every time I try to open it I get the message "root element missing" and can't use the program. How can I get this solved? Thanks in advance for your help!

Try to rename Multiterm17 folder from the following path and then restart it: C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\MultiTerm.
If it still doesn`t work try to install it manually as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000020028
