I have the exact same problem. My original laptop with the software is out of commission and I need to install the program into my new laptop. How can I create a ticket to get support for this issue? I understand it may take 48hrs+. As long as I get someone on your end to assist me I am grateful for this problem to be resolved.

I have the same problem with a licence installed on an interns laptop. She couldn't deactivate the licence so, I have been left with only one licence since then. Can this also be deactivated?
