I have a license for two devices (SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus). Recently I have bought a new laptop, successfully deactivated this app on the old laptop and moved everything to the new one.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with another app which resulted in total crash of the system. So, I had to reinstall OS and everything else. But that means that I could not deactivate already installed Trados Studio properly and now I cannot activate it again on the same laptop. I have tried to deactivate it offline from my account here, but without any success. All I get is a message ''An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.'' So here I am. Any help, please?
