I do not know what I ahold install on my PC at all.
I downloaded installation guide but I do not know how.

If you downloaded the installer for Studio 2024 just double click on it and follow the installation steps... Next - Next - Finish. After the installation is complete the subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013347
You can also install Multiterm 2024 if you downloaded it. This doesn`t require any activation.
