I have deactivated my 2024 freelance subscription in my old desktop. However, the status is shown still "active" in my account page and I can't activate my subscription on my new laptop. My account page does not show a rest button. I need a support to reset my license. Please help me.
Please do the steps at this link: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013519 Then you should be able to activate normally, by logging in.
