Trados Studio Freelance 2022 license expired

Since the transition to a new desktop computer, my Trados Freelance 2022 license shows being expired. I tried following the instructional video self-service option to reset your license, but this didn't work. I did not see the prompt "return license option". Isn't this license perpetual, or is an upgrade to 2024 a must?
