Deactivation error in Trados Studio 2019 license

Hello,

Reposting this as the previous ticket was closed (the relevant person was OoO).

We are trying to deactivate a Trados 2019 license on the laptop of an employee as they are changing laptops.

However, when trying to deactivate the license in the old laptop, we receive an error reading (translated from Spanish):

Deactivation error.

It was not possible to connect to the activation server. Please check the route to the activation server in provider settings.

- Remote server error: (403) Forbidden.

We have also tried resetting the license from our SDL Account but this did not help, the only difference is that we no longer have the option to reset the license.

Please can you help?
