Assistance Required: "401 Account is suspended." issue

Last week, I successfully logged into my Language Cloud account using my email and password. However, after switching from my professional account (which has a cloud subscription) to my private account (without a subscription), I encountered a "401 Account is suspended" error. Since then, I’ve been unable to log in at all.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
