How can I get the Deactivation Certificate to deactivate offline. A mystery. The help indicates that there is a link in the Product Activation dialog box. There is no such link! This is the third time I've had to deactivate offline and it's a soap opera! Why don't you simplify or update the guidelines in the help, which are completely out of date! HELP!!!
