I had to reintialize my computer and to reinstall the software. I can't activate my copy of Trados 2021. When I try to do so, I get the message:
Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
I tried to deactivate Trados offline, it didn't work either.
How can I solve the problem?
