Hello,
I've changed my computer, and tried to deactive my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license offline and received an offline deactivation ticket. It seems that the product license has been deactivated on my old computer but activation failed on my new computer and I received an error saying "could not connect to the activation server ... The remote server returned an error: 403 (forbidden)".
Can you please help me to activate my license?
