I bought the Trados Studio 2024 Freelance permanent license and I tried to activate it, but I received an error message saying there was a connection error (however, the Internet was working fine at my place and I tried in different places and the same problem occurred). I tried activating it with the offline option, and then I noticed that on the website, it showed under the activation code that one license was being used (while before it said that one license was available).However, it still didn't work and I received an error message saying that "no licence is currently available for the activation code in question".
I tried to reset the licence three times, but every time I was still unable to activate the license and now I'm unable to reset it again.
As of today, I'm still unable to access my permanent license, do you know what I can do to fix it?
