Hello.
I have gone through all the tips to solve this problem I could find. But I must be missing something. I have changed the names of folders etc. Repaired, reset, uninstalled. Installed again. But I still have the same problem.
Tried to find all remaining files etc.
Not sure the reason for this. I have downloaded the weaver before this problem. But I also deleted this plugin. Must have done something wrong along the way.
Could you please help me? Thank you. V.
Let's pretend you have the 2024 version seeing as you didn't tell us what you're using. Please try closing Studio and then delete this folder:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\
Then restart Studio. If that doesn't help we can engage technical support... but note this won't be until tomorrow at the earliest, and they'll probably start with this action. So if you can do this yourself you could save some time if it helps.
