Hello,
I have a Trados 2017 license (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). I had to send my computer for repair so I activated Trados on another computer in the meantime. I just received my computer repaired and tried to reactivate the license on it. As entering the activation code didn't work, I tried to activate offline and generate an activation certificate. However it doesn't work either when copy-paste it in Trados. The error message says "The specified lock code is invalid". Could you please help?
