&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Once&amp;nbsp;I ran the&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;reinstall&amp;rsquo; as admin, I could see my files, but I no longer had access to the Worldserver plug-in (I export&amp;nbsp;packages&amp;nbsp;from WS). I tried to reinstall the plug-in. Of course, for this I must sign into my Cloud account. But&amp;nbsp;when&amp;nbsp;I try to do&amp;nbsp;sign in, I get the loading circle of doom and&amp;nbsp;it&amp;nbsp;won&amp;rsquo;t sign me&amp;nbsp;in. Then the whole&amp;nbsp;Studio program&amp;nbsp;freezes and once it does, my only option is to go through the whole uninstall/reinstall/freeze cycle again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I bought this license in August last year, my support is over but I urgently need to work?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;What should I do?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
