Can't activate my license after the purchase of a new license

I have a trouble activating my 12-month subscription license for my Trados Freelance account.

I can't activate it after the purchasing a new license.

The previous license expired on Novemnber 1st, and I bought another 12-mont subscription on November 2nd.

Thr purchase was successfully made online via PayPal.

As I restart my Trados Studio (2021) and activate my renewed licsense on the activation window, but  keep getting the error message telling me that the license has not been activated.

I need someone's help. I have a project due on Monday morning.
