I have a problem with my Trados Studio license. One laptop with this translation software stopped working because the hard drive failed, and now I want to deactivate the program on the old computer and install it on a new one using the old license. I'm trying to transfer my Trados Studio license, but I keep getting this error message: 'An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request. I would be very grateful for some support assistance.
