Activation/Reset nor working

I deactivated my Trados Studio 19 today because I need to install it on a different computer. I followed all the instructions, and the reset status shows "1" available, but I'm unable to complete the reset. Additionally, it is asking for the installation ID, which I no longer have. I am not ready to upgrade my license yet but need the Studio 19 version to do some work in a different computer.
