reactivation of license, when I could not deactivate online because computer has been wiped out urgently

Hi!

I have a Trados Studio Freelance Licence. My computer had to be urgently reformatted due to an issue that did not allow me to access any of my applications. Now that my computer is working again I have lost all my programs and data, but still have a working Computer. I reinstalled a Trados Studio 2022 trial version but as I try to activate my license it tells it's impossible, as I have not deactivated it online, when I still had access to my Program! (I did not know my computer would crash and would need to be wiped out and reformatted, otherwise I would have deactivated it!)

Please advice what is the best option to deactivate jnow (maybe click on deactivate offline?) and then reactivate.
