Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server ...

Question

Hi, I bought a new notebook and am trying to install SDL Studio 2019 on it. For this purpose, I deactivated the license on an older notebook, then downloaded the latest update of SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007 which I found under "downloads" in my account. After installing successfully, I was prompted to activate my license. I entered the activation code but then received the following message: 
 Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. 
 Could you please help me solve this problem? Many thanks!
