Can you please provide more details?
Did you change anything from the last time Trados worked and the moment it didn't? Update a plugin, update Windows, change computers, install a new program or antivirus, etc?
Is there an error message when you try to open it? If yes, please take a screenshot and share it.

Why didn't you update your Studio 2022 when it was up and running? AFAIR, the latest version is 17.2.11, it is free and updates are meant to bring improvements and possibly elimitate some bugs. Now it is too late, but as soon as your Studio is working again, I recommend you do it.
