Trados Studio Freelance - Subscription problems

I have this subscription that started on June 1st. 2025 and will end on May 31st 2026.

Yesterday night, I received a request to activate the subscription. However, the account appearing in the panel is Language and Culture Worldwide, LLC and the product is Trados Team.

I try to activate this but it doesn't work.

The status of my subscription to Trados Studio Freelance is Active, but I cannot open Trados.

I really need your help, I need to finish a translation due tomorrow morning.
