Hi, I have just upgraded from Trados 2019 to Trados 2024. But I can't get the 2024 version to even open. I keep getting an error message: "Unable to load types from assembly Sdl.TranslationStudioAlignmentEditor. Version 18.0.0.0 Culture=neutral, PublicityKeyToken=C28cdb26c445c888. Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the loaderExceptions property for more information." My 2019 version is on my old laptop. My 2024 is on my new one and I have not yet got to the stage where I can enter my new license number. I am not very good with technology. Is anyone able to tell me in very simple terms how to fix this? I have tried all the suggestions regarding renaming folders and have uninstalled everything and started again, only to have the same issues. Any help would be most welcome - thanks.
