I have this GS server installed UI: 15.1.13 GS: 15.1.13.14280 - GS 2020 SR1 CU13 in a VM machine
I had an attack and i had to reinstall a total backup loosing the access to the license not deactivated
I tried to contact RWS to ask the reset of my license and it was a mess, i couldn't do it!!!
It's a production server and i need URGENCY to activate it
WHAT CAN I DO AND SOMEBODY HELPS ME, PLEASE
