&lt;p&gt;I was working as usual, when I got an error message telling me that I have reached my maximum number of simultaneous activations allowed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a Freelance Subscription and I am using version 2022 SR2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;My subscription is valid till July 2026 (verified at my RWS account), but Trados is telling me that I have more than one instance of Trados, which is not true.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I can&amp;#39;t reactivate because of said error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;It shuts down and doesn&amp;#39;t let me &amp;quot;activate&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;reactivate&amp;quot; -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;the Trados application is not offering me a Cloud option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Is Trados not well designed?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Do I need to reinstall Trados? (losing the work I was doing, or losing work time anyway)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;How can I reactivate the subscription without further delays?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Issue summary:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Online deactivation failed with Error ID 1777.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Offline deactivation also fails. The deactivation authorization/certificate process does not complete successfully.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Trados displayed a message saying that the product license had been deactivated and that Trados Studio would exit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- However, when I reopen Trados Studio, the license still appears active.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- In my RWS Account, the license does not appear to have been properly released.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve done some Googling and as far as I can see Trados Studio 2024 is a 64-bit program.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve used the file &amp;quot;TradosStudio2024SR1_18.1.3.6657.exe&amp;quot; to install Trados on my server, and yet it is installed in the folder that you&amp;#39;d expect 32-bit programs to be installed in, namely&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a 64-bit program I would have thought the installation folder should be:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Program Files\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Failed to install RMS license string.&lt;br /&gt; Error ID: 210150.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that, my license started to appear as &amp;ldquo;In use&amp;rdquo; in my RWS Account, even though Trados Studio is not activated on my new computer. I tried resetting the license via my account several times, but each attempt failed with the same error. As a result, I have now reached the annual limit of 3 self‑service license resets, and my license is still marked as active/used while I cannot use Trados Studio 2024.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is possible that the problem was initially caused by the fact that my previous computer name contained diacritics (non‑ASCII characters). I have now renamed the computer so that it uses only standard Latin characters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manually reset my Trados Studio 2024 license so that it becomes available again, and&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help me complete/verify the activation on my current machine, so that this issue does not recur?&lt;/li&gt;
