&lt;p&gt;At the beginning I had no problems and the program worked perfectly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After the installation of Windows updates, it stopped working.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each time when I try to open a new packages I get this message:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Error&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Access to the path &amp;#39;C:\Users\damor\Appdata\Local\Cronologia&amp;#39; is denied&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(damor is my name)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can anyone help me? Did anyone experience this issue?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In Windows search bar type &amp;quot;Device Manager&amp;quot; and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft &amp;gt; Microsoft KM -Test).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;code&gt;What I have already tried:&lt;/code&gt; &lt;code&gt;- Uninstalled Trados Studio 2022 via Windows Settings &amp;rarr; Apps&lt;/code&gt; &lt;code&gt;- Used Revo Uninstaller to force remove any leftover components&lt;/code&gt; &lt;code&gt;- Manually searched and deleted all Trados/SDL/RWS related entries in the Windows Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_CURRENT_USER and WOW6432Node)&lt;/code&gt; &lt;code&gt;- Checked and deleted leftover files in Program Files and ProgramData&lt;/code&gt; &lt;code&gt;- Run the Trados Studio 2021 SR2 installer as Administrator&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;code&gt;Trados Studio 2022 no longer appears in Windows Apps or Programs and Features, and I cannot find any remaining registry entries related to it. Despite all of this, the error persists.&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;code&gt;I have read that RWS has a dedicated cleanup script for these situations &amp;mdash; could anyone point me to it or suggest what else I can try?&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Uninstalling Trados generally does not solve issues and none of us advised that, Ana advised you to do the reset of Trados to basic settings, workaround 2 in the article.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After performing that reset to default, workaround 2 and 3, please let us know if you still have issues.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m a student and currently have Trados Studio Freelance Personal Subscription and using Trados Studio 2024, and using a MacBook to run Trados in Windows Virtual Machine. Today my Windows Desktop arrived and I deleted the VM. I can&amp;#39;t activate the license on my new desktop when I log in. It said You have reached the maximum device number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could the team deactivate or reset the activation? Thanks a lot:)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You don&amp;#39;t have an activation code, you are on a subscription. Trados Freelance - Annual Saver&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The activation of the desktop version is done via Language Cloud (Help - Product activation - click on Language Cloud subscription). Please also check the below article, it provides more details on the activation process:&lt;/p&gt;
