Dear All,

I own SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.5.4270. Recently, and 2 times, I have sent a Return Package with all files done (translated) as shown in the Confirmation Statistics chart , as shown here:

But when my Client opens the files, he discovers that some segments of 3 files are not completely validated, although existing as translated in the TM. When reopening my sid those files with untranslated segment, it appears that those segments are effectively not validated despite the informations given in the above chart.

It is quite annoying because the Client may think I didn't do the job completely when I am of good faith.

I can provide the Return Package (95 files) containing the 3 files "not translated" but it is quite big for here to be uploaded.

I don't understand where is the bug/issue.
