licence has expired.

Dear all, My Trados system suddenly send me th message that the licence has expired. And that i need to reactivate it. It does not make sense because my licence has no expiry limit. Can someone telle me the steps I need to follow as I have an very urgent to finish. Also my translation memories are suddenly bugging. It is like I am being pushed to purchase another version, i dont agree. You hel will be greatly appreciated. angelo
