Groupshare connection lost

Dear all,

We have lost connection to Groupshare and we cannot work on any of the published projects nor retrieve any of the tasks associated to them.

Can you please help?

It's a very urgent matter.

Thanks.

  • Hi ,

You seem to be duplicating this post so I'm wondering if you know how to go back and find it?  Hopefully me adding your name in here will help.

The best thing here will be to contact whoever is hosting GroupShare for you and ask them to look at this.  They should also be able to ask SDL Support for help.  Unlikely to be anything we can help directly with in here.

    Regards

    Paul

  • Hello Paul,

Thank you for your answer. Sorry for the duplicate entry. I'm still getting started to use SDL Community forums. Is there any way to delete posts myself?

The problem "solved itself" in about an hour. We did not know what was happening and thought it was a GS crash (we were kind of desperate because Studio was completely unresponsive and we were missing tight deadlines). If it ever happens again, we will try to contact the GroupShare server host first.

    Best,
  • Hi,

You should be able to edit and delete your own post, but if you can't let me know. So under the post itself you have a few options... like, reply, verify answer, reject answer, more for example. Depending on the type of poist you'll have more or less of these options and the one you need it probably "more".

    Regards

    Paul

  • Hello again,

Yes, it was indeed under "More". Post deleted. Thank you!
