Hello,

We're having issues with GroupShare and some Word files. After creating the project and finishing the work, the translator can't check it in. I get the message: "Internal error: Multiple tags with the same ID XXX have different start tag properties."

I know this error is due to incorrect tags in the editor, but sometimes I check all the tags and there are no differences. However, if I copy the original text with the tags and translate it, it works. But in a large document, it's impossible to do it one by one. I run the tag check, but with no luck; all segments appear correct.

I have three questions:

1) How can I find out which segment has the tag issue?

2) I can force check in the file the translator has out and see that it's correctly translated, but when I try to download or generate the target file, most of it isn't translated. Why? If the translator was working in GS, why can't I download it as I see it in the editor? If I log in from Trados, I only see the untranslated file...

3) I can't download from the Editor either.. 

Also, TM doesn't have the strings, so we often lose hours of work.  Is there a solution to download the translated files or resolve the issue? Is there any preparation that can prevent these types of errors?

Anyone else having this type of error?
