Dear Community,
Since upgrading to Passolo 2022, the following warning pops up upon product launch:
Product version 22.0.116.0
Troubleshooting attempts undertaken - and failed - so far:
- Checking for updates manually
- Assigning adminstration permissions to user account
- Ensuring connection to the Internet (the error would persist on premises and via VPN).
We are running ouf of ideas as to what could be the root cause.
Is this behaviour familiar to anybody out there?
Is there a Passolo installation package including the latest updates we could use to replace the existing installation?
Any help is appreciated.
