Hi
I can't download apps from RWS Appstore, it keeps telling me that:
I am using Studio 2022 and did the following actions following the guide (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395
trying to solve the problem:
1. reinstalled the Studio (repair)
2. renamed the setting files
But still no luck.

My translation company still can't download any apps either; I get the same error message about signing in to the Language cloud when I try via the desktop app. I can't download them from the online app store either, as online it seems to revert to my personal account and says I don't have the appropriate license (which is linked to the company and not to my personal account). This is even when I have selected the company account and then navigate directly to the appstore. It is causing us a lot of problems as well.
