AppStore plugins for previous versions?

Question

I guess some apps only support the latest version like 2021 or 2022. 
 I'm using 2017 version but some necessary apps do not support this version. 
 Examples are SDLXLIFF COMPARE( https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/43 ) SDLXLIFF TOOLKIT( https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/77 ). 
 I really need two of above but they only support 2021 and 2022 versions. 
 Please share your info how to install them on 2017 version as well.
