Can't connect to AzureOpenAI in AI Professional - An Error occured while sending the request.

Question

Hi, 
 We are trying to set up AI Professional in Trados Studio 2022, using the provider AzureOpenAI. I've entered our endpoint and the API-key. When I click the button Test Connection, I receive the message: An Error occured while sendig the request (see screenshot below). 
 We already followed the steps in community.rws.com/.../does-the-ai-professional-plugin-work-with-my-own-endpoint 
 What did we miss? Please advise.

Raimund Burger Have you seen the documentation that covers some suggestions in the event you cant connect? 
 Q: What can I do if I am having issues connecting? 
 A: Check if you have a paid OpenAI API account; you should be able to confirm this from here . You can also check your API key that you created from here , and added this to the Model connection settings. For further assistance, review the log files: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\OpenAI provider for Trados\Logs 
 If you do require further assistance, please do attach the log file Thank you
