I have tried to reproduce the issue but are unable to.
We use SSO for all account logins (licenses/app store etc) and sometimes this does require multiple attempts to enter email/password.
If the issue is permanent and not just intermittent, maybe try clearing the cache (normally resolves most log in issues).

Sorry, but that does not work for me. I've been trying to download Tb Scout for weeks now, and I clean my cache many times each day.

Hi Ozzie, sure, I'd love to - if it is for MS Access 64 bit. I can't use 1.7 because it is for the 32 bit version of Access, which AFAIK I don't have.

Sorry, it works only with 32-bit Access.
