Hello everyone,
i have the same problem.
Based on the error notes I see that the source comes from "Sdl.Community.IATETerminologyProvider"
Is not it a problem on the provider site than? Maybe some IATE updates?
If I click "OK", my Trados studio will close, if I keep it open incl. this window, I still can access Trados and do basic operations.
Thanks for your hints and tips how to solve this error.
Hi Andres Celis, it's probabily IATE plug-in that causes this error. Try to uninstall IATE plug-in, quit Trados and restart it.
Try to uninstall the IATE plugin or maybe it's enough to just deactivate it (in my case it was) and retsart Studio. That should solve the problem. Good luck :-)
Thank you. I tried it and it worked!

I think this is most likely a problem coming from IATE as it's unlikely the plugin would break of it's own accord from one day to the next. We've logged it as SDLCOM-2363 and will schedule some time to investigate and "try" to get resolved quickly.
Thank you, Paul,
Please, if you will solve the issue and the plug-in will be working once again, let me know so I will reinstall it.
I've been having this same message. I managed to keep working by NOT PRESSING ACCEPT. If I clic on Accept, Trados shuts down automatically. This may by one way to work around it while waiting for a fix.
same issue here. Removing IATE plugin helped. The only change between yesterday (when Studio had no problems) and today is a Windows update that got installed when shutting down yesterday.
I concur. I also did this Windows update.
I only deactivated the IATE plugin to stop receiving the error.
What is strange though, is that I loaded a week old disk image from Acronis and the error was still there.
