Hi, I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance SR 2 on Windows 7. I have recently discovered that no applications installed for my Trados are seen by it. I have tried with many applications, different releases (of course, my focus is on 2019 releases) - nothing seems to work. Two years ago, I successfully installed DeepL and it's working smoothly as well as being visible in Trados. I'd appreciate help to remedy this.

Let's tackle W7 first. We no longer support W7, and neither do Microsoft for that matter, but it's worth making sure you have dealt with a known issue even if the article is for 2021:

Can you double click one of the plugins you are trying to install and show us this screen in the plugin manager?
