Accessing the RWS private AppStore

Question

Hi there, 
 I tried accessing the private RWS AppStore (following the instructions from https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/rws-appstore/w/wiki/6403/private-appstore ), but I don't see any plugins there, I am afraid. The AppStore windows remains empty. I checked if I have the "trialing whiteapce" issue mentioned in the forum, but this not the case. I don't see any error message. It's just that I cannot see any plugin for installation. 
 
 Any ideas what might be going wrong?

 Nice to "see" you! 
 The only thing I can think of, based on your screenshot, is that you are running Studio as a normal user, but installed it as admin. I'm guessing a bit based on this: 
 
 Could be the settings being used are different. It would be worth checking these files to see if they are different? 
 c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\AppStore Integration\Settings\settings.json 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\AppStore Integration\Settings\settings.json

 In the meantime we remembered another problem we have seen that affects some users... very few and we still don't know why. You may be one of the "lucky" few. Try removing the slash at the end of the url for the repository. 
 If that doesn't work then please try copying the URL into a browser and see if you get any results. If you don't then the problem may also be due to your firewall preventing the application from reaching the appstore.
