I would like to use Excel4GroupShare. However when asked to enter my user credentials I am a bit worried where they may end up. Espcecially if I save them for the next data query.
Where are the user credentials stored when activating the saving option? Can you guarantee information security with this plug-in?
I hope my question is not too silly, but I am not a professional coder and do not know how such a plug-in works in the background.

Currently, we are saving the credentials at the following location
"C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\GSExcelPlugin\GSExcelPluginSettings.json"
So, if you don't trust the device then don't choose to remember the credentials.
Also, you can create a request for a more secure way of storing the credentials, here.
