I have downloaded the plugin, entered my API and DeepL is ticked as enabled in the TM settings but does not make any suggestions.
Can you help with a solution please?
Best wishes

Can you share a screenshot of your settings for the project showing the DeepL provider in place and enabled, and also share a screenshot from the editor so we can see what you have in place?
Here is as screenshot of what the project looks like when I try to set it up on my new PC. Editor shows no matches found and nothing is suggested.
Thanks Helen Jordan
ok - I installed DeepL into my version of 2017 and it seems to work:
So at least I can be confident the plugin works. So let's look at a bit more detail. What version of 2017 are you running? The latest version is Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792.
Did you take the plugin from here? Archived Versions: Deep: Translation Provider This is the latest version we created for 2017.
I am using SDL Trados 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10015.44945
I downloaded the plug-in from the AppStore from Trados.
I just tried deleting the plug-in and reinstalling it but now it won't work at all so I think I may have made matters worse!
It seems to be working again now, but still not offering any translation suggestions.
