It seems that CleanUp overwrites the specific language combination Batch Processing settings with settings from "All Language Pairs" meaning that all separate conversions that we add to a multi-language projects are ignored and only conversions (+settings) placed through "All Language pairs" are used.

It's an issue because some of the conversions I'd like to use are language specific and not suitable for other.

I was able to replicate this issue on both Studio 2021 (SR2 - 16.2.12.9338) and 2022 (2022 - 17.0.3.11695) with the latest CleanUp versions, but only happens when running CleanUp on multiple languages simultaneously. When applying CleanUp one by one for every language combination separately (through "All Language Pairs" settings) it works correctly, but is not efficient.

Any help would be appreciated.
