SDL Trados Studio 2021 startup error "Failed to initialize view 'FilesView'."

I am unable to launch Studio 2021 SR2. Rebooting the operation system did not help.

 Possible Cause: 
 This error typically occurs due to corrupted user settings or configuration files within Trados Studio. Resetting these files often resolves the issue. 
 Here are some options you can follow to fix the problem

Option 1: Reset Trados Studio to Default Settings 
 Step 1 : Close Trados Studio 
 
 Ensure that SDL Trados Studio is completely closed before proceeding.

Step 2 : Rename the Settings Folder 
 Navigate to the Settings Folder: 
 
 Press `Windows Key + R` to open the Run dialog. 
 Type `%appdata%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16` and press `Enter`. 
 
 Rename the Folder: 
 
 Find the file named `UserSettings.xml` and rename it to `UserSettings_old.xml`. 
 Alternatively, you can rename the entire `Studio16` folder to `Studio16_old`.

Step 3 : Restart Trados Studio 
 
 Launch SDL Trados Studio. 
 The application will create a new settings folder with default values. 
 Check if the application starts without the error.

Option 2: Delete the FilesView Configuration File 
 Step 1 : Close Trados Studio 
 
 Make sure SDL Trados Studio is not running. 
 
 Step 2 : Navigate to the Local App Data Folder 
 
 Press `Windows Key + R` to open the Run dialog. 
 Type `%localappdata%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16` and press `Enter`.

Step 3 : Delete the Layout Configuration Files 
 
 Look for files related to layout and views, such as `BaseSettings.xml`, `Plugincache.xml`, or specifically any file that references `FilesView`. 
 Caution : Deleting these files will reset your layout customizations.

Step 4 : Restart Trados Studio

 Step 1 : Repair Installation
